On Tuesday April 13th we will host a seminar on Navigating Commercial Real Estate Deals in 2010. This event is oriented towards persons in the Commercial Real Estate industry. We will review new trends with debt instruments such as CMBS and balance sheet debt with commercial real estate. We will have leading funds discussing their outlook and experience with opportunities and opportunistic deals for 2010. We will have leading funds presenting on where they see market activity along with thought leaders in the area and advisory firms. We will spend four hours reviewing trends on the subject matter.
