Hedge Funds Optimistic Going into 2010

Hedge Funds are optimistic about fund raising going into 2010.  Though Funds of Funds (FOF) Assets Under Management (AUM) down, pension funds, endowments and other institutions are directly filling the gaps in Hedge Funds Capital raising.  Larger funds have been most successful at raising capital as they spend more on infrastructure for communications, transparency and accounting.
