IvyPlus holds funding forums in multiple financial areas. We gather different venture types or funds and present them to investor groups for review.  In these forums we allow investors to meet with managers and marketing managers and review the fund or business opportunity.  Our Forums include:

Early Stage Venture Forum -
We run forums for early stage investors such as Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, Asset Based Lenders, Family Offices and Financial Service firms that review ventures and deals from firms seeking less than $10 million. Top flight entrepreneurial ventures seeking debt or equity financing have presented to our early stage group and have been able to network their deals to multiple parts of the Ivy Plus network.

Real Estate and Other Asset Based Forum -
We run forums for Real Estate investors such as Real Estate Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Hedge Funds, Asset Based Lenders, Family Offices, and Financial Service firms that provide debt or equity for real estate investment. Firms seek from $20-250 million in investment Our deal committee screens submissions to ensure quality deals are presented to investors. Many real estate deals seeking debt or equity financing have presented to our early stage group and have been able to network their deals to multiple parts of the Ivy Plus network.

Energy and Alternative Energy Forum -
With the trend in the U.S. to search for replacement energy sources and more efficient energy management. Estate investors such as Asset Based Lenders, Family Offices, and Financial Service firms that provide debt or equity for real estate investment. Joint Hedge Fund - Private Equity forums -
reviewing long term vs. short term investment strategies in the same sector

Geographical topic forums reviewing multiple strategies in the same location or in similar locations such as emerging markets.
