We will be hosting a fund cram / review session. This event is oriented towards persons with Hedge funds or in Private Equity, that are looking to raise capital and improve their business development process. We will spend four hours reviewing documentation, approach, regulation, etc. This event is for people who presently run or are considering launching a Hedge Fund, Private Equity Fund or Real Estate Fund. To get through security, you must register.
The event starts at 12:30 p.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. A reception will follow.
JEREMY BACH, BACH CAPITAL ADVISORS
Jeremy Bach, has been working in the Financial Services Field for close to 20 years. After beginning his career at regional CPA firms, Mr. Bach moved to the asset management field.
Most recently, Mr. Bach served as Vice President of Quantitative Sales at Markov Processes International. In this role Jeremy sold sophisticated software to institutional investors to help them evaluate, select and monitor their investment managers. In so doing, Jeremy worked very closely with his clients in helping them to both use the software tool and evaluate their managers.
Mr. Bach is a frequent speaker at industry conferences speaking on such topics as Hedge Fund Due Diligence, Style Analysis, Performance Measurement, and Hedge Fund of Funds.
RALPH DIFIORE, SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER, CHATSWORTH SECURITIES
Ralph Difiore, and has served as the Director of Retirement Funds for McDonnell Douglas Corporation and held similar positions at NCR Corporation and Owens-Illinois Inc. He was also a founding partner of a major international asset manager, an investment banker with James Capel Inc. and responsible for international marketing at Commodities Corporation. He has substantial experience in structuring and marketing a wide variety of sophisticated investment management products including equities, fixed income, real estate, and managed futures. Mr. DiFiore is a founding principal of Chatsworth Capital Corporation and a founding member of Chatsworth Securities LLC. He holds a BBA and an MA from Pace University.
PATRICK MCCURDY, VICE PRESIDENT HEAD OF CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT, MERLIN SECURITIES
Patrick McCurdy has over seven years of experience in the hedge fund industry.
He began his career at Morgan Stanley where he worked in their Prime Brokerage Department. As a member of Morgan Stanley�s Capital Introductions team, Patrick managed relationships for more than 150 managers and investors and developed a proprietary network of global institutions. He was responsible for assisting hedge fund managers develop their marketing strategies and raise capital from institutional investors; fund of funds, family offices, endowments, pensions and foundations. At Merlin, Patrick is the Head of Capital Development and manages the firm�s investor relationships and consults managers on their capital raising mandates. Patrick holds a B.A. in economics from Williams College.
LAURI MARTIN, SENIOR PARTNER PRISM ADVISORS
Lauri Martin is owner of PRISM Advisors, a US based hedge fund due diligence advisory company. Lauri has 14 years of operational due diligence experience focused on hedge funds and financial institutions. She has performed over 1200 extensive hedge fund evaluations and her experience encompasses a wide range of asset classes at managers around the world.
Prior to forming PRISM in 2009, Lauri worked in the fund of funds and private banking arena where she managed the development of Swiss bank Union Bancaire Privee�s structural due diligence process. At UBP, she managed their global due diligence team focused on their hedge fund business, and was most recently their Deputy Head of Structural Risk.
Prior to UBP, Lauri worked for the CFO of JP Morgan�s investment management business. Prior to JP Morgan, she started her career at Ernst & Young, focused on capital markets and operational risk consulting for banks across the United States.
Lauri has significant experience identifying operational flags and patterns within asset management companies, and has spoken at industry conferences globally on the topic of operational risk.
THOMAS WALEK FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT OF WALEK & ASSOCIATES.

Kathy is a strategic development executive with a successful 20 year career in wide-ranging, high-profile corporate and consulting positions. Kathys has focused primarily in the financial services arena where she has extensive market knowledge and competency in mergers and acquisitions/integration, growth strategy, global marketing, corporate reputation and brand. As a management consultant, Kathy has had the pleasure to work with many of the worlds largest companies, including Chase, American Express, Verizon and BlueCross BlueShield.
Kathy started as a commodities trader with a London company and continued her career in positions where she was responsible for the planning, development and distribution of financial products to three-tier networks.

Carol M. Degener is of counsel in the New York office of Pepper Hamilton LLP.
Ms. Degener has a broad corporate and corporate finance practice that includes the establishment and operation of hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds, domestically and offshore. She represents investment management companies and other clients in matters arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. David Bullock, President, Arque Advisors
David Bullock is president of Arque Advisors. He has nearly 30 years of financial services experience as consultant, business manager and investment manager.

David Bergerson, President, Orion Capital Advisors
David brings a broad range of finance and marketing experience in private equity, equity research sales, risk management and trading. David began his career with Merrill Lynch covering non-dollar funding for the global swaps group following which he traded futures on the MidAmerica Commodities Exchange in the government and grains pits. During his nearly ten years at CIBC, David moved from derivative products to market risk management covering equities, commodities and high yield. In 2005, he became Executive Director and in 2006 joined CIBC World Markets� equity research sales team. Greg Nowak, Partner, Pepper Hamilton Law Firm
Gregory J.
