MARTY SECADA
Marty Secada is the managing director of Broad and Wall Advisors, advisors to Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds and Merchant Banks assisting them with strategy, networking, global deal-sourcing, business development and fund-raising initiatives. He has frequently served as chairman or director of alternative fund conferences in New York, Greenwich, and Philadelphia. In addition, he has presented or moderated at hedge fund or private equity events in those same cities and lectured at multiple universities including the Wharton school of business on the subjects of alternative asset funds including hedge funds and private equity funds and the state of the global alternative asset management industry. He and his team review hundreds of deals and funds every year covering diverse areas.

He has been a founding member or executive of multiple business networking group including the Wharton Angel Network and the Westchester Hispanic Business Council He is also the founder of the IvyPlus alternative investment network, a cross-Ivy league networking group for those in alternative investments. Participants in IvyPlus have included staff and alumni of elite institutions such as SAC capital, Rennaisance, Stark Investments, Ivy Asset Management, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
Financial services clients have included Goldman Sachs, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Chase and the aforementioned funds. Many hundred Private Equity funds and Hedge Funds have actively participated in the IvyPlus group. Mr. Secada sits on the board of several hedge fund related businesses and has formed multiple relationships with hedge funds. More recently he has worked at a large single family office. He also has ownership stakes in companies ranging from New Media to Gifting.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters degree from Drexel University, studied Alternative Investments at NYU and has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
